Warren has over 30 years experience in all aspects of hotel and travel technology and has used his hotel management knowledge to integrate revenue, guest service and business objectives with technology.

He developed and implemented revenue management strategies for two major hotel chains through the creation of industry leading revenue management philosophies, innovative reservation and distribution systems, state of the art call centres and advanced customer relationship management strategies.

He is the principle of MK2 Hospitality specializing in Asset Management, Hotel Development and Hotel Technology Advisory services. He has held executive positions at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and Delta Hotels and Resorts
