Tim Lilleyman
Hospitality Consultant, The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair
Tim is currently consulting to The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, directing their hospitality and special events department. He also teaches a post graduate special events course in the hospitality and tourism faculty at Humber College.
Tim received his Chef’s certification from Highbury Technical College, Portsmouth UK and was the first Canadian to receive a Certified Professional Catering Executive (CPCE) accreditation from The National Association of Catering executives (NACE).
With over forty years experience in the hospitality industry, Tim has enjoyed an interesting and varied career in food and beverage senior management and operations with leading hotels and convention facilities in Canada, namely Hyatt Hotels, Four Seasons, Westin and Sheraton Hotels, Delta Hotels, The Skydome (Rogers Centre); The Metro Toronto Convention Centre and The Toronto Congress Centre. In 1988, as General Manager, Tim opened Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort in St. Lucia.
Tim was a founding member and past President of the International Special Events Society (ISES), past President of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) Chair of the Toronto Entertainment District Association (TEDA).
He is a Fellow of The Ontario Hostelry Institute (OHI) and a member of the SKAL Club Toronto. He currently serves as a Foundation Board Member of the Abilities Centre in Whitby.
