Jason Chrein

Head of Canada, Development Managing Director, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank

Jason Chrein is Head of Canada Development Managing Director Americas Real Estate, Lodging & Gaming Group at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.  He is responsible for originating, structuring, executing and overseeing both mortgage and corporate level financing transactions involving many of the industry’s leading investors and operators, both in the US and Canada.

Jason has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Credit Agricole in 2007, Jason was employed on the fund management side of the business as a Vice President at JP Morgan Asset Management, where he was responsible for deploying pension fund capital into various real estate debt vehicles. He has also held management positions at Citigroup, KPMG Consulting and Citadel Realty Group, a boutique real estate investment bank. He has been a speaker at the NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference as well as other industry conferences and a guest lecturer addressing Ivey League MBA Audiences.

Mr. Chrein grew up in Montreal, Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
