Aaron is an asset manager with IFA Hotel Investments – a Dubai based firm specializing in the development of mixed-use hotel and residential resort projects. Aaron works alongside the Vice President, Asset Management in managing a $1 billion global portfolio of hotels and mixed-use developments spanning 2,000+ rooms. Brands under management include Fairmont, Movenpick, Four Seasons, Delano, and the IFA owned Yotel Hotel Company, currently in expansion worldwide.

Prior to IFA, Aaron was as an Associate with HVS Dubai where he specialized in hotel and mixed-use development valuations, feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, and definitive agreements review and negotiation across the Middle East and North Africa. Aaron has also served with HVS in the Toronto and Vancouver offices.

Aaron is a graduate from the University of Guelph’s School of Business and Economics, where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Hotel and Food Administration. During his university career, Aaron won several hospitality-related case competitions including the 2015 Young Hoteliers Summit Case Challenge held at École hôtelière de Lausanne, and the 2016 #hotelNEXT Competition.
